Susan is Head of the Department of Nutritional Sciences at the University of Surrey in Guildford, UK. Susan is a member of SACN, the UK Government Scientific advisory board.  Moreover, Susan is an executive member of the Centre of Excellence of Osteoporosis Research Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

William Lanham-New

Role: 
Managing Director & Inventor

Bio:   
I am an experienced passionate innovator, with a track record of developing novel concepts within the private and charity sectors. 

I hold an Engineering degree backed up with significant industry experience.


In 2012, I completed an MBA at the University of Surrey obtaining a Distinction. 
Leading on from this, I was awarded a Surrey Business School PhD scholarship to research the micro-sociology of entrepreneurs within an incubator context.  Lastly but not least, I am Managing Director of D3TEX Ltd and inventor of the application.

D3TEX Future:
Lead in commercialising the innovation, to alleviate the suffering from vitamin D deficiency.

Some exciting results are beginning to emerge from our next phase of testing at the University of Surrey.  More updates to follow soon.

Vitamin D International Workshop in Chicago, Illinois, USA.

Key results on vitamin D from the University of Surrey's research programme on this nutrient will be presented by Professor Susan Lanham-New and her team at the International Workshop on Vitamin D to be held in Chicago, USA from 18th to 20th June 2014.

Testing at Surrey

Great progress has been made in recent weeks with specific material testing at the University of Surrey, with the next few weeks seeing a consolidation and review of the data.  Thanks to all involved.
